I was immediately transported back to my first "realm," physically situated in a new city, characterized by a vivid, unprecedented spectrum of red and orange. I was standing there, not realizing if my full body was present, but my mind was fully aware of who I was and acknowledged where I was.
Turning to look behind me, I observed New York City from above. The city appeared faded, much like an aged film from the 1950s. I questioned whether I was currently dreaming and would awaken in New York, or if New York had been the dream, and I had returned to the true world. Then it hit me: I have been wrong. This was real, without any doubt. I was in the afterlife and this was The Real World.
Everything surrounding me was genuine, and my previous life was illusory. My body, which I didn't see or feel (I was more like floating), was not moving. Not knowing where I was, I didn't want to move around. I searched for my wife, I searched for my daughter, and I realized that I was alone. I was alone in this upgraded city of the future, so red and bright with the knowledge that this world was real.
I decided not to stay, as I wanted to go back to my family, so I shook my spiritual body and moved to a second realm. Now I was flying at a very high altitude at a very high speed above a white ocean; the sky and the ocean seemed one, very milky looking. I was floating above it all, in what seemed to be an orb. At the same time, I could see this orb from underneath. I could see two perspectives at once. The ocean had no limits and seemed infinite.
Rapidly, I was transported to a third realm. This time, it felt like being on Mars or any hot planet, and red was everywhere. Walking towards me appeared what seemed to be a man in white on a white horse with a folkloric mask. It felt like seeing a chess game moving towards me. I would realize weeks later that the mask in question is an Indonesian representation of God.
My body convulsed again. Momentarily, I caught a glimpse of the shaking ambulance window and my own feet as I lay prone. Subsequently, I was projected into the fourth and final realm: a scene of profound darkness near what appeared to be a farm field at night, beneath a canopy adorned with millions of brilliant stars. I felt chilled and possessed an urgent desire to return to my family.
A final tremor propelled me skyward, where the stars streamed past at exceptional speed. Ultimately, I heard the physicians calling my name, signaling my awakening.
Still sitting on the bed, after reliving the near-death experience, a sense of calm and well-being washed over me. A few minutes later, another screen appeared. This time, it was a life review focused exclusively on altercations with my wife, playing back arguments and quarrels. The moments were shown selectively: arguing across a table in a French restaurant, bickering during breakfast at a hotel in Turks and Caicos, quarreling at home. I could relive these scenes not only from my point of view but also from hers and from an objective, outside perspective. It all flashed before my eyes in an instant.
Reflecting on why I was shown those specific moments rather than a complete life review from birth to the present, it feels like a clear message that I need to focus on my relationship with my wife. The experience of being brought into the sky and returned with such clarity was impossible to ignore. It seems evident that this is the area I am meant to prioritize.
